The Myer Family Company Ltd group of companies (“MFCo Group”) respects your privacy rights and seeks to ensure that all personal information it receives is kept confidential.

We collect personal information to provide you with the products and services you request as well as information on other products and services offered by or through us. The MFCo Group only collects personal information for one or more of its legitimate functions or activities or as required by law. We will only collect personal information by lawful and fair means.

The electronic personal information is secured from unauthorised access by a number of security measures including encryption of data accessible through our website.

Where the MFCo Group holds personal information on or about you, unless it is considered unreasonable or unlawful, it will provide you with access to that information on request.
